We focus on getting the sales pro in the door of the ‘C’ level executive with the proper message. Next is finding the key to move the sales process forward with a high degree of success and eventually closing the sale.
This multi-day course is designed for the sales pro, whether new to the industry or just wanting to create a huge increase in sales. Sales experience is highly suggested.

Jeff started in the HVAC industry in 1996 after serving four years in the United States Marine Corps. He started as a residential maintenance trainee for a very reputable company in the Greensboro, NC area. Since then Jeff has been a service technician, field supervisor, service manager, installer, and sales rep in the residential side of the business.
Jeff also spent four years as a commercial sales consultant where he was responsible for new business development. Much of his focus was on service agreement sales ranging from single systems to campus-wide , multi-year programs. Equipment sales also played a factor and Jeff sold unit heaters to chillers and everything in between.
Jeff is currently the president of Apex Mechanical, Inc. and strives every day to provide the best opportunities and service for our clients, employees, and students.
With over 30 years in the HVAC industry Frank has worn almost every hat imaginable. From working in the sheet metal shop to running the sales and installation departments of a large service company his focus has always been on quality and attention to detail.
With 10 years as a territory manager for an equipment manufacturer Frank has worked with hundreds of contractors in a multi-state area. One of his responsibilities with that company was coordinating its technical schools. That experience made Frank the perfect fit for our Training Academy. After many years of requests from his contractors for more training opportunities Frank is in a position to fulfill that need.
